SAFETY POLICY

We declare that the people are our prime resource. We believe in their dignity and importance as well as their right to derive personal satisfaction from their job. For this reason, their safety and well-being are our first consideration on and off the job.

Similarly, equipment, materials, the environment and other physical assets will be equally protected from damage and loss.

In fulfilling this commitment, we will provide and maintain a safe and healthful work environment based on acceptable industry standards and in compliance with regulatory requirements and will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazard that may result in property damage and personal injuries and illnesses.

All employees will be equally responsible for minimizing accidents within our facilities. Employees shall be given the necessary training and shall be issued with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure an accident-free environment. Job practices and procedures shall be clearly defined and Standard Operating Procedures will be established for all employees to follow.

We believe in the philosophy that accountability for safety is the direct responsibility of each and every employee.

Therefore, every member in the organization is expected to consider safety and loss control as integral part of their jobs. No job will be considered to be efficiently, or even acceptably completed unless everybody has followed every safety rule and has taken every precaution to keep himself from being hurt, to avoid hurting others, and to prevent losses.

We trust that all of our employees and visitors will join us in a personal commitment to safety and loss prevention as a way of life.
